As a member of Fusion Partners, you will be actively involved in four main areas:

Design distinctive innovation strategies

• Design digital transformation strategies and roadmaps
• Identify, prioritize and implement innovation opportunities, to accelerate growth and improve productivity
• Support change management and organization alignment, to guarantee innovation success

Build new ventures

• Identify value creation opportunities and elaborate new venture ideas (ideation workshop, hackathon, etc.)
• Design the new product/service (design sprints) and develop the Business Plan
• Define the go-to-market strategy and organize the commercial launch

Partner with innovative start-ups

• Define Client’s business needs and start-ups scouting criteria
• Validate the match between the corporate Client’s need and start-ups’ value proposition
• Design, validate and implement “Proofs of Concept” (POCs) between the corporates and the start-ups

Support Fusion Partners’ growth and business development

• Identify potential leads and project opportunities
• Prepare and realize first contact with leads (incl. cold calls)
• Elaborate quotes and proposals
• Follow-up the business development pipeline

In these four areas of your mission, you will contribute to:

• Run and facilitate the end-to-end innovation process, from ideation to execution, monitoring and deployment
• Produce and deliver top quality C-level documents
• Prepare and run workshops for the clients
• Analyse and assess start-ups and new venture opportunities
• Coordinate client teams and ensure an efficient collaboration between the start-ups and the corporates, by providing adequate support on both sides for successful partnerships

About you

• Master’s degree preferably in the field linked to business strategy, management, technology or innovation
• Experience in consulting, venture capital, technology-driven start-up or business analysis.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a “can do” attitude. An entrepreneurial experience, ideally in a technology-driven start-up, is an asset.
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent oral and writing skills. German is an asset.
• Skilled in multiple problem-solving approaches – analytical, data driven and design thinking
• Curious about technologies and innovation, continuous learner that stays up to date on the latest technologies and early adopter
• Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast pace environment.
• Able to build trusted relationships quickly and seamlessly with colleagues and stakeholders

Annual salary range: To be discussed + bonus + incentive plan
