About the position

Fusion Partners (FP) provides Corporate Venturing services to leading organizations. Simply said, we work with our clients to build the future of their business and accelerate disruptive innovations, by creating fully new ventures and new business models, and by setting up partnerships with innovative start-ups. Our main mission is to build new startups from scratch, both for our clients (“Corporate Venturing Advisory”) and for our ourselves (“Startup Studio”).

To support our Startup Studio, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist, who will play a key role in accelerating the growth of our new ventures.

As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you will design and lead all growth strategies related to FP venture building activities, and support venture portfolio acceleration. You will:

  • Select and test the most relevant acquisition channels for new potential ventures, to assess their attractiveness in the marketplace and provide CAC estimate.
  • Build the best acquisition channels for Fusion Partners’ new startups, and generate leads
  • Craft and execute ventures’ content strategy aligned with channel best practices.
  • Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end (design experiments, develop campaign strategy, drive execution of the campaign)
  • Measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways in which to scale
  • Experiment to optimize existing channels and find growth drivers
  • Investigate and test new channels to communicate with venture targeted customers
  • Evaluate and improve end-to-end customer experience, across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Own lead generation KPIs & processes/tools and optimize them continuously
  • Help other teams better leverage tools, data and insights in their daily job

To be successful in this role, your skills and experience must include:

  • 5+ year experience in marketing, of which at least 3 years of experience in growth marketing in a startup environment, preferably in a B2C company
  • Data driven mindset, strong interest for sales and business development
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Resourceful, proactive and creative: you can think out of the box
  • Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, FacebookAds, etc.
  • Solid technical knowledge of growth techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and obsession for execution excellence
  • Experience in startups is a must
